Most moving companies have high turn-over rates and significant "temp" labor substitutes. Prestige
Corporate Relocation, staff is comprised entirely of employees who have a minimum of11/2 years
experience with the senior members of the team having 10-11years of experience. The average crew
member on your relocation will have 5 years of experience. Because traditional move methods are
labor-intensive, traditional moving companies tend to lose their crew as the laborers find work outside
the industry. Conversely, because Prestige's methods are equipment-intensive as opposed to labor-intensive,
we have been able to maintain mutually rewarding relationships with our employees.
To ensure the quality of our personnel, each of our applicants must pass drug screening and a
background investigation before they are offered a position with Prestige. Prestige only hires from
employee referrals, we do not advertise for employment.
